I’m quite tall and was given a small bed at the back of the bus. The seat couldn’t fully recline, which made it even worse. Because of my height, I couldn’t lie straight and had to lie on my side to fit. But lying on your side on a seat that isn’t fully flat is very uncomfortable, so I barely got any sleep. I also had pain in my back and knees because of the position.

As I told in my complain I didn't go into the bus because 20 min before departing they said that they "canceled" my booking without noticing me at all. So I had to stay one more day because of it. Really bad experience

The driver drives so fast, you don’t can sleep in the night and we make only two stops, first after 1h of driving and the second 20 min before we’re arrived. It was a really bad experience.

They sent us to a different location as they got the pick up time wrong, then sent us on a different bus than we paid for (we paid for a vip sleeper).

The drivers ringtone kept going off and he wouldn't pick up or hang up or turn his sound off. Very annoying. Also, upon arrival I found my big backpack very wet and stinking of fish. Something went wrong in the luggage hold, I think they kept some food there as well and it leaked. I had to fully wash everything. Worst night bus so far

The bus was great and very comfortable however… we had booked to get a bus at 6pm. We heard nothing off the company so proceeded to the pick up point as agreed on the email. After waiting there for 45 minutes contacted the hotline to be told that the bus won’t be arriving till 11pm due to traffic jam. I guess these things happen but to not be told was really bad service

No toilet on board for a 12.5hr journey is ridiculous and the ride was very bumpy and difficult to sleep

It's a 3 row bus, so you need to know that this is small, but it's long for the leg, it was new so nice. However the toilet stop were not always in good place, we almost didn't have real toilet....

The bus was incredibly comfortable. Each cabin has enough space for a bag, your shoes and still sleeping well. They provided two small pillows and a blanket. The only thing was sometimes I felt that the bus moved side by side on the curves, perhaps because I was in the second floor I felt it more I guess. Another important thing is that we took off 15mins before the schedule and arrived to Da Lat exactly 12 exact hours later. The driver stopped each two hours for using toilets and at around 11pm for having something to eat (1 hour). Very good experience, I would take another overnight bus again.
