A fantastic trip, very comfortable seats with a USB port for charging your phone. The guide handed out sandwiches and water. Everything was well-organized: crossing the border went very smoothly. Regardless of whether you already have a visa for Cambodia or not, the tour guide takes care of everything. Departure was punctual, to the minute. I highly recommend it.

The first driver who took us from Ho Chi Minh City to the Moc Bai border was fantastic. He drove very safely and his car was safe and clean. However, the driver that picked us up on the Bavet Border on the Cambodia side to Phnom Penh was very tired. He nearly crashed head on with other vehicles many times. One of the seatbelts in his vehicle was also damaged. I had to shout at him several times to keep him awake. I was very scared the entire drive from Bavet to Phnom Penh.

Driver and especially the guy helping at the border were excellent, really helpful and went out of his way even if I had decided to arrange my own visa and I tried. Really an amazing guy! He still just shared with me where to go and I gave him an extra 5 dollars for that, even if I did everything myself. What was equally horrible was indian guy at the booking office in Ho Chi Min at the , and as I was dropped off at the wrong place by the Grab driver and while I tried to explain this to the lady, she didn't understand, and while being visibly upset, not at her, her Indian boss stormed out and took over the conversation rudely while telling me the visa is 40 dollars. I had read up on ChatGPT and it really isn't, not even something the bus assistant tries to claim. When he didn't get the money he tried to shame me and raised his voice and was really mean.

The bus was great, there was plenty of space between the seats and nice air conditioning. The helper on the bus helped us sorting out the visa on arrival at the border, he didn’t speak English but somebody in ho chi min explained the process before departure, recommend!
