You guys are awful and deserve to go out of business. Your autofill in to change to the wrong departure and arrival locations, slow response time and utter indifference to coating your customers sleep and money is literally disgusting. Thank god for my friend who works in this business who reached out to their colleague who works directly with the operator and had it fixed directly with them, when you guys were keen on double charging me and zero help. You should really be ashamed. If I ran a company like yours and discovered how my customers were treated by my staff, when there are problems caused by said company and are clearly solvable, I'd start firing people. Hope it's worth tarnishing your reputation over. Whenever we discover border crossings or tours in general, if your name ever comes up, I'll make damn sure to talk anyone out of using your service. I hope the effort of trying to screw me over was worth the hours it took to fix your mess. You've lost yourself both a returning customer, and definitely said yourselves of to be publicly criticized.

The staff member at the Cambodian border overcharged me for the B Visa I requested then did not allow me to accompany him to the officer. When he returned my passport with the Visa card. Full page that they no Longer use, he confirmed it was a Business Visa but he lied to me, it was the cheaper tourist visa. He demanded $44, but the cost of a tourist visa is $30. Now I have a serious problem because you can’t extend a tourist visa which will require me to exit the country in 30 days rather than extend for 1 year which will cost me several $100 dollars. He was rude, lied to my face and a very poor representative of Meko Limo

There was poor communication from the company from the beginning. I did not receive any messages or email from them. You would expect a company that does border passings to send you information regarding what to bring, what the process will be like, etc. Luckily I had done my research and got cash out for the visa. However, the person running the bus made me pay him 1,250,000 VND for the visa, however the visa is $30 USD (787,000 VND). Even with the “exchange rate” he was claiming, it should not have been more than 1,000,000 VND. There was also very poor communication of what was happening (like taking my passport and not giving it back - I had no idea that would happen or if it was supposed to happen), where we were when we stopped, how long we would be there, etc. I recognize that English is not their native language, however, I (and the other English speakers) would have appreciated some sort of information via Google Translate, which other companies always provide, especially when doing something like going to a new country. Overall, it was a very hectic experience and very poor communication from beginning to end.

It was literally just me on the bus (he said it was the first time that had happened) so the guy who spoke english literally did all of the immigration and visa things for me so I could just walk through. They all exchanged dong to usd for me at a good exchange rate, and gave me water and a pastry. We ended up arriving over an hour early, I assume because it was just me so no queues for immigration.
