Very good service. Big bus as expected. Helpful and friendly staff. Water and snack provided. Staff assisted with border crossing through immigration. Would certainly use Giant Ibis again in the future.

we were really happy with the busride from Ho Chi Minh to Phnom Penh. We paid 40Dollars each for the visa, they took the passport and took care of everything. Nice, clean bus with a lot of space, we got water, a small coffee in a can and a snack. The guide explained everything very well, helped us with filling out the visa on arrival. We recommend!

Smooth border crossing, if you choose to get your visa at the border they help you with that. The guy took everyone’s passports and we went through the border as a group. Comfortable bus with a toilet and air con. Bus was also bang on time to pick us up.

Bus was really nice and air conditioned with breakfast snacks provided when we boarded. Everything about the border crossing from Vietnam into Cambodia including the batch visa process went smoothly with the staff member from Giant Ibis on the bus explaining everything clearly and helping whenever someone needed it. Only negative is that the bus was advertised as arriving at 2:30pm but didn’t arrive until 5pm. There didn’t seem to be any specific traffic jam/ issue at border etc to make it take longer and so not sure even on the best of days they could make it there by 2:30pm. Overall I would recommend booking them to cross from HCMC to Phnom Penh.

Bus transportation was ok. Boarder procedure wasn’t really clear. Wish they would have guyed one through a bit better. But it worked all fine in the end. Unfortunately we were 1,15 hrs late.
