The driver was very helpful with my visa on arrival process and the rest stop in Cambodia was quite nice with some reasonably priced food. I also appreciate the toilet onboard Bring a warm sweatshirt though since AC was quite strong/the bus quite cold.

The smoothest border crossing we’ve had in SE Asia. The guide and driver were so friendly and helpful. Snacks coffee and water on the bus provided. Extremely well organised, was such a nice treat to not have to worry about visas etc the guide was so helpful. Good few stops along the way. Really comfortable bus with lots of space. Definitely recommend!

The driver/ guide was nice, the visa process was easy with their help. We got our E Visa in advance, but everything went smoothly. The bus was comfortable and came with a small water bottle. Unfortunately, we arrived in Phnom Penh 3+ hours later than expected with no proper explanation. Had we booked our transport out of the city right away, we’d be stranded. I would be more upfront with the customers when a 6hr trip takes 9+ hours so they can prepare themselves.

I had a great experience with this company! You can go to their office beforehand - search Long Phuong Cambodia on Google Maps - and ask them any questions or choose your seat :) I was so unsure of how the visa worked but they told me to bring 1.1m dong and they gave me $40. From this they took our passports when we got on and sorted all the visa stuff for us! The vehicle is a big bus rather than a van which was nice as there was lots of space. The journey was very seamless, it took us 7 hours in the end. Highly recommend!

I paid 40 dollars for the Cambodia visa service at HCMC office using a 50 dollar bill. The employee short changed me 2 dollars with Cambodian riel. Otherwise the trip was great. Sadly the Vietnamese like to scam and my patience is running out with these people.
