Filthy coaches, stinking. Nauseatung. Trains need a weekly deep clean at a minimum. Clearly the owners feel they have a captive market and tolerate lazy staff and extremely low customer service. The food offerings are vile as well. Total rip off.

I got to the bus location about four hours early which was changed from the original pick up spot. Boarding the bus was a bit chaotic as it seemed no one knew what was going on. I asked one of the workers if the bus that was in front of me was my bus and he said no and then shortly after ran and told me it was my bus. Once we got moving, the bus broke down within an hour of the trip. We waited for about an hour or so until they fixed it. A number of hours after that the bus pulled over and no one was sure why and then we found out the bus had broken down again for approximately six hours. Not informed why or how long we’ll be waiting when I message the contact on WhatsApp he said he would let me know and never got back to me. Once things started rolling, the bus ride was enjoyable and the sleeper was very comfortable. We stopped and got food, which was pretty good.

Absolutely terrible experience. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The economics of this bus are so faulty, It's literally impossible to have a rest of any kind. Rude staff, stops at places with awfully dirty toilets. In short, avoid at all cost!

Travelling on time in a fairly quiet atmosphere on a reasonably comfortable bed. It was a great experience. Only people smoking in between the carriages and sometimes the bistro was annoying.

It was a good experience. The bus (sleeping room and bathroom) were clean. The price included meals. We stopped at some restaurants and had local food. Even though the bus stuff only spoke Vietnamese we were able to communicate. They were very friendly. We had a delay in the beginning but came earlier to our destination. If you’re picky you should were long clothes because I don’t think they wash the blankets which they offer for every cabin. Nevertheless I was able to sleep! I can recommend the company.

The bed was clean and comfortable. The staff kept the toilet clean throughout the night and there was a hot water boiler in the corridor. Charger and reading lamp. Very convenient and comfortable.

The operator didn't arrive on time, but it was out of his control - huge traffic jam and then flooding on the road (they handled it great, found another route the next day)
