Our itinerary said 4hr45min which was why we booked this instead of a much more comfortable bus for our 3 young children. The drive actually takes over 6 hours, which is blatant false advertising. We also broke down on the way so it took us 8 hrs in total. No refund was given.

Very comfortable beds, vehicle is spacious. It's even possible to sit up straight at medium height. There is a charging port and you get some water. Have Google translate ready as the drivers didn't speak English (but announcements were made in English too). Maybe bring yur own toilet paper, as the restrooms at the stops are traditional Vietnamese toilets.

very helpful staf at the counter. willing to wait to the last minute for our party to arrive. the transfer from pickup bus to sleeper bus was sketchy and chaostic with minimal instructions on which bus to transfer to.

Overall a great ride. Took the 6pm bus and we had 1 toilet stop around 7pm, 1 dinner stop around 8pm and another toilet stop around 10pm.
