Staff were generally helpful despite our language barrier and bus was clean and well maintained. Personally found bed a bit uncomfortable but that’s because I sleep on my side so style of bed wasn’t ideal - think this is the same as most sleeper buses though - and blanket, pillows and bottled water all provided. We made 2 stops for toilet in 6 hours and bus driver pointed toilets out on both occasions. Bus departed late but arrived ahead of schedule and staff came and got us personally when bus arrived for pick up as they were aware we didn’t understand the Vietnamese announcements in bus station. Overall, very impressed.

Bought the sleeper bus from Ho Chi Minh to Da Lat. The information was a little confusing when booking - there’s no ticket vendor at the bus station. You just wait in a glass waiting room (as directed in a picture they send you). Luckily I had some locals at the bus stop help me/show me! Then the bus driver finds you and ticks your name off. I didn’t speak any Vietnamese but the drivers were SO lovely and used their iPhone to translate. The drivers were so accommodating and kind to a traveller like me. And the sleeper bus was top notch! Clean, comfortable. Free water. Not crowded. There was a Food break at a restaurant for 30minutes during the trip so you can buy some Pho or snacks. Then when I got to Da lat bus station, they transferred me to my hostel in a little van. Fantastic!

There was no pick up at the hotel . We had to take a taxi to the office , from the office we took a minivan who took as to a bus station to take the bus, no bathroom in the bus. They did dropped us of at the office on Da Lat , from there I thought we were going to be dropped off at my hotel but no a minivam dropped me off at Dalat bus station instead of my hotel, it cost me an extra 400,000 and. Don't recommend

You do need to get to the office 75 minutes before as there is a shuttle bus to the sleeper bus. The bus left on time and arrived 10 mins ahead of schedule. It was clean, tight in the corridors and the beds were skinny but comfortable for a day trip (not sure how I would sleep in them). Staff were really helpful, they spoke English at the office and Google translate helps when on board! 2 x stops - one a 5 min bathroom break and then a 30 min lunch break. Would def recommend but it is close quarters!

A lot of noise ,especially in the first hour of the trip (music, driver talking, honking) the bus was clean and comfortable.

It was not a pleasant trip. The driver was on time and the car was nice, but that’s about all I can say. On 12Gasia it was advertised that the ride would be the fastest option and would only take 4 hours and 45 minutes. Unfortunately, this was not true. During the first part of the trip, the driver had entered a different address into the navigation system, which showed a duration of 4 hours and 45 minutes. Once we reached that destination, the driver changed the address to our actual location, which added another two hours. So you are basically misled about the travel time. In addition to that, the driver’s driving was extremely poor. He was constantly swerving and braking abruptly the entire way, which made me feel very nauseous. He also stopped several times without being able to tell us why we were stopping. We had to guess that we were allowed to take a short break. Only the first time did he briefly mention that there was a restroom. To top it all off, the driver dropped us off at the designated location, took a photo, and drove away without looking at us or even saying a word. This didn’t give us any time to check whether we had all our belongings.

Good service, on time, safe and clean bus. Easy and fairly comfortable sleeper, double decks in 3rows, middle row no window view. Will ride again with window view upper deck.

They assigned me an upper bed in the middle row even though a window bed on the left side was available. It was not the worst trip, but 3 hours into the trip, the AC was turned off. The driver was really nice, when I requested a random toilet, he stopped the car for me which I am extremely grateful for. The bus stopped two times for bathroom breaks, but stopped multiple times to drop some people off. 1 hr before arriving, they had this loud music on which I don't understand why. Anyway, wasn't the worst thing, would probably do it again if I had to.
