The bus was decent and totally fine! The bed was a bit too small for me as I’m a relatively tall Western women. All communication is only done in Vietnamese which is totally understandable but makes things like time for a toilet break guess work. Finding the bus was stressful but with some help of Futa employees I did eventually.

We arrived an hour early, as suggested. We needed to take four different busses before we were able to board our actual bus. We were driven from one station to the next with the promise that our bus would be waiting there. Only to arrive and having them tell us that our bus is waiting in another station. We were supposed to board our bus at 10pm. When we finally boarded our bus, it was 1am. Far from ideal..

I had a great experience travelling with this company! As a first time traveller to Vietnam this was a very smooth experience. From the bus station attendants who were incredibly helpful, on time pick up by the van which then transferred us to the VIP bus, also with friendly attendants and driver. The sleeper cabins were super comfortable, and I was just able to stretch my legs out at 5'10" (taller passengers might struggle). USB charging ports, A/C, and cool lights. Happy I booked a day bus trip as it was a great was to take in the scenery. We stopped three times for bathroom breaks with the option to purchase convenience items at these stops too. Highly recommend taking all opportunities for bathroom breaks as the bus isn't going to make unscheduled stops for you! The only reason I have to knock off a start is the bus trip took closer to 9 hours than the predicted 6.5 hours. Keep this in mind when booking, but if you're flexible this shouldn't be an issue. I was happy to stay on the bus the extra time as it was so clean and comfortable. Would definitely travel with this company again!

The vehicle was ok although not super clean. Driving was ok but We arrived with 2h delay - on a 7h drive (nothing special happened on the road). But the worst was maybe that our bag (and thus all our belongings) were soaked when we got them back.

Tall persons above 1.80cm don't fit. AC very cold. Blankets smell horrible, extremely strong parfume. First 2 hours went smoothly, after toilet brake different driver. Rode like maniac. People felt sick and tried to not fall out of bed. Could not sleep. So first part of trip was all right but second not.
