Extremely rude and useless staff, I’m not sure if it’s a more local mode of transport but nothing is in English only Vietnamese and no one is willing to help you, the whole experience is very stressful, my bus didn’t leave until one hour later than it stated online and no one informed me of this so I assumed I missed my bus. The bus itself was like any other, I am 6,3 so struggled quite a lot, drivers where talking and shouting all night and opened my curtain up many times while I was asleep.

Overall, bus is very clean and comfortable, a blanket and long bed cushion is provided. Bus has curtains, changeable air-conditioning vents so the temperature is stable. However the bus leaves very quickly when it departs and when arriving at the destination, the luggage is unloaded very quickly and you need to get off the bus very quickly. Can be disorientating. You will need to remove your shoes prior to boarding and given a plastic bag to put them in. Of course if you speak/understand Vietnamese you will know when the bus is stopping for rest rooms/and arriving to get off.

Very easy to find in Ho Chi Minh, they put us on a transfer to the sleeper bus (which was basically empty so we just chose our seats!), we stopped a few times for rest breaks, then they organised us a transfer to our hostel in Dalat.
