The bus never arrived at the point of departure. We had to call a driver with whom we couldn't make ourselves understood. Finally a number from another agency got back to us and told us to go to their office to catch another bus 3 hours later. We had no excuses and no warning of the change. The journey then went well, but our day was completely out of order.

We booked our tour at 12:00 noon. At the departure point, we were told that the bus was full and our only option was to take the bus at 15:00. After 7.5 hours driving time we were in Penang.
