Passenger reviews out of total 226 passengers who traveled with us on this route.

At 12Go our operators offer three types of service:

Cheap, Fast, Good - but you can usually pick only two of them!
Cheap & Fast won’t be Good. (e.g. buses from/to Khao San Road, local buses or 3rd class trains)
Cheap & Good won’t be Fast. (e.g. VIP trains in Thailand)
Fast & Good won’t be Cheap. (e.g. private limousine services, or VIP24 buses vs Express buses)

Make your choice! Please remember that while we are closely monitoring the services, we are still an agency marketplace. That means we focus on ticketing services and route availability & coverage rather than on the factual seat reclining angle you will get on the bus today.

Poor Timing. Arrive in Penang 3 hours behind scheduled arrival even though there was no jam along the highway. too many detours and pick up OR DROP-OFFS.

We didn’t get dropped off at the right station, in the end it did work out in my favour

First of all. The chairs in the bus are amazing, so much more space then a plane. The massage function wasn't working? We left after 10, 10 minutes we had to change the bus, why? The bus driver didn't speak wish very well and is not really helpful, as a foreign traveller you don't know a lot about how it works at the border. A Tip could be to make a information paper which passengers can read while the bus drives. The bus arrived at my destination way too late, almost 4,5 hours later then planned. Where can you go as a woman alone when you were dropped at the bus station alone.
