All seemed fine u til we arrived in Ninh Binh when a random taxi driver came onto our bus and told us that two of us needed to get out so he could take us to our hotel, we confirmed with him that this would be no extra cost before we left the minivan. Once we got to the taxi he then told us that it would be another 100,000 vnd and that we can ‘check a grab if we don’t believe the price’. Obviously a scam as he didn’t ask for money until the minivan drove away. If this happens, don’t get off the bus

Everything went smoothly, but be prepared to be picked up 20 min. earlier by the pick up bus. Pick up bus will come to your location and then transport you to the "VIP bus", which is cool. Also use your WhatsApp number when filling out the order, so you can communicate with the driver if necessary.

The limousine itself was comfortable but too many transfers in one trip. We were picked up in one vehicle in the morning, transferred to the limousine and waited a long time for the trip. We started the trip with the limousine and after about an hour and a half we asked to stop A short minute just for the bathroom. The driver refused to stop and it was really unpleasant. After that we arrived at another vehicle. We got into another van and drove to the hotel. In short, for a trip that's supposed to take two hours, making three transfers in vehicles and even without stopping for the bathroom is really outrageous.

All good, really luxury limousine with massage seat, a water bottle, good drive. They even brought me to my hotel. Communication via WhatsApp before very good.

The vehicle was spacious and the seats were super comfortable. Two stars lost for dangerously aggressive driving. We did not get more than 30 seconds without the driver shooting and he even overtook in the emergency lane when people in front did not get out of the way soon enough for his liking

Bus was late, we got onto a digustingly dirty bus nothing like a picture, we rode for an hour and then inexplicably had to change buses, on the bus that they showed in the photo but we had to sit in the front seat with the driver, two peoples with no seat belts. Not at all the lie flat beds advertized that we paid for. Arrived 45 min after scheduled time.

We were stuck in a shuttle car for nearly 3 hours because of flooding from the typhoon. It was out of there control but we were asked to get out and walk to the bus station which was 15 minutes away. They failed to mention that the water was over knee height so we had to wade through with all our things whilst they got soaking wet. The bus could have picked us up closer as the roads after weren’t flooded but they made us walk an extra 10 minutes. When we got to the bus we asked if we could quickly change because we were soaking wet and cold but the bus driver said no. We had to sit in the bus for a further 3 hours in our wet clothes until we got to our destination. Some things were out of there control but there was very poor organisation or consideration of our circumstances.
