The driver was 40-50minutes late. Disrespectful to the people’s time! We had to move ourselves and our baggage on the street all the time because we were stopping the people and the shops around. They don’t have proper waiting place, it is on the street. And in the van there was no space for the baggage!

Had to switch to 3 different busses. The busses were old. One of the drivers was aggressive. We got dropped off 2km from the actual drop off destination.

It's a mystery how this has 4.1 stars on 12GO. We first started at Hanoi on some random side road on the outskirts of Old Quarter. We watched 2 other Ninh Binh limosuines from the same company pick up customers, the second one being not full, yet they told us to wait for the next one. At this point it was 1.5 hours late. We eventually got picked up by an unmarked van with uncomfortable seats, a rough driver, and after going to another location to pick up other customers, while driving through busy Hanoi traffic before arriving at the company's office. At this point it was 2.5 hours after the initial pickup time. It was clear the other customers were frustrated too, as nobody was made aware of ANY of the itinerary. The booking simply states a 2 hour journey from Hanoi to Tam Coc. Finally we got on the limousine which was nice, and more what was expected for the trip. From here on it was good, but I have to give this 1 star because it's clear this company doesn't care to improve itself from its reviews, and this is definitely not an isolated incident. In the end we were confused and stressed, and delayed by about 3 hours.

No issues with the vehicles themselves but could do with some cleaning as on the return journey, it was obvious the bus had not been cleaned after the last trip. There were bits of debris in between the chairs and the main issue is the driving. During the return journey, the driver drove recklessly to try and keep up with his colleague in front and this made for a very bumpy and uncomfortable journey. Not slowing down over bumps and potholes and when we got to Hanoi, the drop off point was not the place we were picked up from. Due to the language barrier, it was difficult to convey this to the driver and we just ended up finding our own way from the drop off point. They were not punctual for both legs of the journey.
