Clean, comfortable bus and seats. Bus left earlier than scheduled time which was communicated well the day before. A bottle of water and snack was provided. There is not enough space to fit one piece of luggage per person in the back so be prepared to have your luggage between your legs and in the aisles just to fit everyone and everything.

The driver kept on picking up goods along the journey, making multiple stops. This is fine, however should be warned on the booking. Although we did end up an hour late. Driver was a bit rude when giving directions and a language barrier did not help this. Overall, got us from A - B and coach was comfy!

The first driver was great but then we got taken to another bus bay where we waited for 2 hours for another bus to pick us up. We were not told why we had to change vehicles or why we had to wait. We were suppose to leave at 7:10 and arrive at 9:40 but we did not arrive until 12. Very unimpressed.

The trip was scheduled for 12:00, but started at 11:50 because all passengers were already there on time (which is a very positive). However, the luggage compartment only had room for two pieces of luggage, but the bus was completely full with eight passengers, which meant that the entire aisle was crammed with luggage and some passengers had to hold backpacks on their laps. Half an hour before the destination, another unnecessary half-hour break was taken. For these two reasons, only 3 out of 5 stars.
