First we waited in the middle of a busy junction in Hanoi old quarter with nowhere to stand but on the narrow pavement where local vendors had put signs out asking people not to wait in front of their businesses. The company said they would provide a vehicle registration later that day and didn’t respond to calls or messages when we were waiting. When they finally arrived 20 minutes late we got taken to the outskirts of the city and put in a new van. The new driver said nothing and left us sat for an hour while he smoked cigarettes across the road at the company office. When we finally set off he made two detours to pick up random men who spent the whole journey making phone calls discussing inappropriate things.

Bad communication, no check in, no signage, had to switch buses once and halfway through the journey (2 hours after our original departure time) I got a text asking why I wasn’t on the bus as the driver was waiting, then said I was on the right bus. Made it to the destination in the end though

First when we arrive to the vehicle, we were already sited but they look for more people and because one of the last passenger was taler than me, the put me on the seat of front where is the driver, that seats are not supposed to be used be passenger because it doesn't give you the same conform as the ones for passenger in the back..so that makes my trip uncomfortable the all time. THEN when we arrive and the driver suppose to leave us as a gas station...he just left us somewhere in town. That was very inrresponsable.

Driver was good. Left within 30min of scheduled departure time. They actually drop you off up the street from the mentioned address which is just 5 extra minutes on foot, but good to know. All the necessary details for the trip was in the voucher provided by 12Go.
