I went from Ninh Binh to Hanoi. The drive was quick. The people who worked for the company were quite unfriendly. The driver drove very fast and risky so the ride was not very pleasant.

We got a WhatsApp whilst we were walking to the meeting point listed on the confirmation, which we didn’t see until we had arrived at the meeting point which told us the bus was departing from a different place. There were a few of us at the meeting point but the bus wouldn’t come to pick us up. We also travelled on a different bus (which was fine), but we were dropped off in a different spot. We left late and arrived late.

Unfortunately the bus came late so we were stood on a busy street corner for well over an hour. Also the driver tried to through a passenger off even though she had a valid ticket as it was overbooked. She and I ended up sitting in the front seat with the driver sharing one seatbelt, as i wasn’t going to leave her stranded on the street. So wasn’t overly comfortable.

Came half an hour late, which made it confusing for the people on the next bus as for some reason they tell you to be there half an hour before departure for no apparent reason as there is no where to check in I just stood under a tree on a busy corner unsure if it was actually where I was supposed to be. So the driver had to kick someone off to allow me to get on because they thought it was theirs.

The driver was 40-50minutes late. Disrespectful to the people’s time! We had to move ourselves and our baggage on the street all the time because we were stopping the people and the shops around. They don’t have proper waiting place, it is on the street. And in the van there was no space for the baggage!

Had to switch to 3 different busses. The busses were old. One of the drivers was aggressive. We got dropped off 2km from the actual drop off destination.
