Waiting one hour for someone to tell us that the vehicle can't come, the woman who was in charge of that never awnsering her phone. So we waited more than 1hour in the middle of nowhere by night a new car wich transport us to an intermediary station where we wait 50min for the seconde car. This second car don't even transport us to the good arrival and they ask us to wait again a new car, Finally we paid a Grab.

The whole issue was in Hanoi. There were no problems in Ninh Binh. First, on the way out of Hanoi, the driver was incredibly late, then he picked us up and transferred us to a minibus. After that, we were driven and transferred again. That's okay. On the way back, when we arrived in Hanoi, we weren't dropped off at the Opera House station as advertised. The manager who was there was rude to us and then abandoned us in an unknown location, even though he'd either put the other people on our trip in his car or called a taxi for them and waited for them. We ended up standing with him for half an hour and then called ourselves a taxi back for 80,000 dong.

Booked for a 330pm bus Hanoi to Ninh Binh but didn’t arrive until 6.30pm - the most uncomfortable experience as it was a bumpy ride the whole journey. Once we reached the Ninh Binh depot the workers there are great and accommodating
