The company is disorganised. They messaged me the evening before my trip asking to make my journey an hour earlier or later. We chose the hour earlier. Then they messaged again to ask if we could make it an hour later. This happened multiple times over 12 hours and overall our trip was changed roughly 5 times. The last one being less than an hour before departure where they brought the time forward again with no notice. Overall quite stressful and unnecessary. Would NOT recommend this company

I got from A to B, but it was very unclear what was going on. Directed into cars, then drive to a limo - wait that's the wrong limo - oh no one in the group is on the driver's list, wait here - get in this limo. At the end of the day I got where I needed to go on time, but it was all very unorganised.

No Communication of the drivers and Office After Check in. First car, then Bus, booked only Bus. No one told me there is a stopover. No one communicated that we are in Ninh Binh.

All in all you get from A to B, but definitely with 1h delay. Voucher days to be there at least 30 min before departure but vehicle only picked us up almost 1h after planned departure so over 1h waiting in front of opera house Hanoi. Neither van ( shuttle to actual Limousine and actual „Linousine“ have really AC. Service agent tried his best on WhatsApp but only really communicated delay when we asked when the car finally is coming . Like I said, journey was not too long and in the end you go from A to B but not sure where the 4.1 rating on 12goAsia is coming from.
