Driver left us in middle of street full of water. He didn't leave us in the hotel. Other cars were crossing and motorbikes too but he refused. We arrived to the hotel walking between the water.

Arrived at the office quite a bit early, got snacks from the mini Mart next door. Sat in air-conditioned office while we waited for the mini van. He took us to the limo bus drop pick up spot. Then we went to Ninh Binh area, switched to the mini van to take us to Tam Coc. It was well organized, quicker than expected the limo bus was really comfortable, all the drivers and the lady at the travel office were wonderful, got dropped to our homestay in Tam Coc easily and was impressed with the professionalism of the whole thing. 5⭐ ❤️ thanks guys!!

The last driver, the one supposed to leave us at Tam Coc hotel, dropped off and Trang An boat attraction telling us that was the address in the booking, and wanting to charge us to go to the Hotel. We checked the booking and was correct. We didn't pay the extra, but this final driver tried
