We arrived an hour later than planed because we started late and picked Up a lot of people on the way. Also when we got droped off at the Limousine the driver did not let in us right away, we had to wait 10 min in the rain with our luggage and He was Just chilling inside his vehicle on His Phone.

I switched vehicles three times. Ended up leaving Hanoi one hour later than the scheduled time and arriving in Tam Coc more than one hour later. The last driver couldn't find the route to my drop off point, I had to step in and act as a navigator myself

The initial check in wait was 45 minutes, too long. The limousine left on time, the driver was happy for me to sit up front with him. But then we drove for about 30 minutes to another office and more waiting. The rest of the journey was good.

The bus was waiting around the corner from the address I was given, this was not communicated at all. At last I asked the contact person when the bus would be arriving and I got more clear instructions to find the bus. When I got in the driver kept asking me for money, eventhough I had already paid my ticket. Eventually he took out his phone and used a translater so I could tell him my ticket was paid for, as far as I knew. This made him stop asking for money, but I got no explanation why he askes for it in the first place. Lastly when I booked this ride it said I would arrive at 9:00, but we arrived almost an hour earlier. Not the biggest issue, but I like to know what to expect and it made me anxious he was dropping me off in the wrong place. Overall I would not like to book with the same limousine bus company again because of this experience.

I travelled alone to Tam Coc from Hanoi, I was worried as some reviews said the service was confusing. I got to the bus station 10 minutes early, the driver was already waiting for me and knew my name, I showed him my PDF ticket and he walked me to the limousine. The driver was friendly and let us know when we were at the right stop in Ninh Binh/Tam Coc. Easy, straight forward ride, comfortable seats, the driver even pulled over half way through to quickly give us all a free bottle of water. Would definitely recommend.
