We did not know where we would be picked up. Found some others who were travelling with the same bus who also did not know where to go. No one showed up. We tried to contact them through the hotline and through the service, but did not receive any answers. After about 30 minutes when it startes to rain we ordered a grab instead, I was contacted by the driver when we already left a while where we are but by then we were long gone.

The driver picked me up at my hostel so I didn’t have to reach the meeting point. He has a little bit of delay but I could contact the main office even every early in the morning and receive the new scheduled timing without any problems (per WhatsApp). Despite the short leaving delay the bus came on time to the destination. The staff was very kind and the travel very comfortable. I was very satisfied with everything!

Great experience, the trip is split up by van taxi that takes you from the Opera House to somewhere slightly further out in Hanoi, then a nice plush luxury bus for the rest of the journey to Ninh Binh. At Ninh Binh, you’ll also get another taxi to your last destination (mine was Trang An) but the drivers will call your name and look out for you, so you needn’t worry. The trip was a bit longer than advertised (instead of 1.5h more like 2-2.5h). The only confusing part was knowing where to wait at the Opera House, as it’s quite a big area with a lot of other tour buses and groups, but they Whatsapp you with information and by sending a pic of yourself the drivers can find you easier.
