The bus was 40 minutes late. Then an old van came, picked me up, moved to another location, transferred to a limousine, and switched to a small van near my destination before going to the top of my sweat. It was an absurd move made without explanation or guidance in the situation.

Came 30 minutes late and pretty sure it wasn’t even my shuttle bus. Called the phone number multiple times and was hung up on. Then had to get a grab from the stop instead of getting dropped off at my hostel.

The driver picked us up from our hotel half an hour before departure time and we departed on time from the office. Van was very clean however the massage wasn’t working. We were dropped off at the bus station in Ninh Binh rather than Lapis Restaurant as stated on the booking (around the corner). The driver drove very safely.

The backseat I was in had absolutely no legroom and the seat didn’t recline at all. In fact it pushed me forward for a 2 hour ride.
