Saliha LFull timeline of what happened that morning:
- I woke up very early and left my hotel exactly on time specifically to arrive early at Mua Cave and avoid both the crowds and the traffic
- Booked pickup time: 6:10 AM, with a booked journey time of 2 hours. I specifically chose this option because it was the fastest one available (other options were 2.5 hours). The platform had confirmed the meeting time and place with me on WhatsApp the day before: 6:10 AM at 214 Tran Quang Khai!
- Driver actually arrived: 6:45 AM (35 minutes late), meaning I left 45 minutes later than planned, completely defeating the purpose of my early wake-up
- It turned out there was no bus/vehicle assigned to me at all. A random driver who works for the company had to rush over in his own personal car to pick me up, which proves this had nothing to do with “traffic” as claimed. Plus, the driver seemed completely unaware of my booking. The agent had to call him and send him a photo of my reservation
- Instead of taking me on my booked route, he drove me to a pickup point requiring a Grab, even though there was a stop just 5 minutes’ walk from my hotel
- It then took an additional 8 minutes just to drop me off at the bus
I was then put on a bus where the other passengers were waiting to leave, and I was made to feel like I was late. At the end of the journey, one of them told me off for making everyone wait.
- Because of the 35mn delay, I was stuck in real traffic. Traffic that did not exist at 6:00 AM when I originally planned to leave. This proves the delay itself caused the exact problem it was originally blamed on
- During the 30+ minute wait, both their platform AND the agent at the local office repeatedly told me “traffic jam” with no real information, which was clearly false, since no vehicle had even been arranged
- To this day, I have not received a genuine apology from anyone , the driver, the agent, or the platform
This is a serious service failure caused by lack of organization, not traffic. I made every effort on my end to be on time, and this entire experience was ruined by the company’s poor planning.

Jessica After all the negative Reviews I was curious how Things would be. But nothing to complain about: Start and Stop Cities of the Bus Trip exactly like I've booked, PDF with location where exactly the Bus Station is, WhatsApp Contact to offer additional Service If needed.
On top of that we had the oppotunity to take one bus earlier since we arrived a bit to early at the Busstation.
