It was organized overall. The baggage situation was not ideal because they let people bring large suitcases, so my backpack was squished and my sunglasses broke. People also had to put their backpacks in the aisle. There was one stop at a nice place with bathrooms and food/coffee.

Worst experience to date. Three hours of hell, three different buses, no information, 25 minutes late to pick up, small, compact buses where they crammed us in so much that pigs have better circumstances. No recommendations! This has so far been the worst ride through our 3.5-month Asia trip.

I was delayed by 2 hours not because of traffic but because the operator turned up late and then did loads of pick up stops before we actually left Hanoi. Communication at this point could have been better. I was meant to arrive in Ninh Binh at 9:15, but did not leave Hanoi until nearly 9am which meant I lost two hours and ended up only being able to do one thing in Ninh Binh before having to return. And then I was dropped off in Hoa Lu not Ninh Binh as the destination description is misleading and does not give a specific address until after you have booked.
