I missed the Travel, I went to the place where the location was mentioned but there is no booking office or the vehicle or the driver, the contact number provided was not speaking in english, Then a vietnamese helped to talk to the customer care, they informed, the vehile left at 7.15 itself. There was no whatsapp number provided, or driver contact details provided or any support in english, due to this i have to take my own vehichle to Ninh Binh

Disorganised, late, crammed and not as described. Driver was late, then were transferred in a standard mini bus to another destination, picked up parcels on the way making all of our luggage crammed and falling. Then actually got in the limo transfer which didn’t have enough space for luggage at all so we had it all on our laps or in the footwells. Then was taken to another standard mini van for further transfer. Spent max an hour in the “luxury” limo.
