The first driver was great but then we got taken to another bus bay where we waited for 2 hours for another bus to pick us up. We were not told why we had to change vehicles or why we had to wait. We were suppose to leave at 7:10 and arrive at 9:40 but we did not arrive until 12. Very unimpressed.

We were due to depart Hanoi at 16:10. We waiting 2 hours in a small room without being told any updates. We kept having to ask where our bus was and kept being told 10 more minutes. We then got told we had a private transfer , but a bus showed up instead. We were very dissatisfied as we were due to arrive in Ninh Binh at 18:10 and did not arrive until 20:30hrs. Extremely frustrating experience and won’t be using this service again.

The trip was scheduled for 12:00, but started at 11:50 because all passengers were already there on time (which is a very positive). However, the luggage compartment only had room for two pieces of luggage, but the bus was completely full with eight passengers, which meant that the entire aisle was crammed with luggage and some passengers had to hold backpacks on their laps. Half an hour before the destination, another unnecessary half-hour break was taken. For these two reasons, only 3 out of 5 stars.

We’ve arrived on time but the organisation in the beginning was awful, we were picked up which was nice of them, but after we were picked up, I’ve received another two more messages saying that the driver was waiting for us in the hotel lobby, which made us think we were being kidnapped at a certain point. Once we arrived in Ninh Binh, we had to change one more time to another van, so that made the 3rd time changing vehicles in one single drive. But in the end we made it on time
