Bus came 20mn late, and let us waiting on the stairs of the opera, we arrived a little bit in advance so you can imagine how inconfortable.. then we had to change bus, wait again in the middle of nowhere and finally we arrived to destination 1 hour late!

A bit chaotic but arrived on time. A guy helped us into the bus and we drove through busy Hanoi to pickup people. Very comfortable drive, massage seats work if you want them. :)

The ride was pleasant, we waited 30 minutes for the ride but we were in contact on whatsapp with the driver and some from company. Inside Hanoi and Ninh Binh the shuttle buses to/from limousine are old vans but they are ok. Drivers are polite and drive well
