We booked a limousine, and the people in trang an told us we had to get in a bus. Moreover, they treated us as stupid people and i do not accept this kind of treatement. I Really hope the company will take this into account and solve the problem because we have more trips with you and i will not accept this kind of changes nor the treatement received. when I book a specific service, I expect to get what I paid for, not a change of plans with absolutely no explanation. The staff’s behavior was appalling; they were rude, acted dismissively, and refused to provide a reasonable explanation for anything. They hide behind the excuse of not speaking English and walk away while I’m still trying to speak. This is unacceptable for a service I am paying for. I have other reservations, but I’m inclined to cancel them. I cannot accept the way your staff treats people, nor the lack of explanation given to visitors like us—who arrived eager and excited to see their country—only to leave with a bad feeling. On top of all this, we were made to get out of a limousine and wait until 8:00 PM, being told the vehicle would depart at that time. I had booked a vehicle for 7:25 PM with an estimated arrival time of 9:25 PM, allowing me to stick to my plans for the test of the day. Instead, we were put on a bus leaving at 8:00 PM. It is now 9:55 PM and we still haven't arrived, meaning I have already lost my dinner reservation for tonight. Worst of all, I am convinced this happened because the staff saw there were empty seats on the bus—while there were four of us in the limousine—and decided to move us without any explanation. To reiterate: if I book a service, I expect to receive what I paid for. If that isn't possible, I should be told there is no space, or that no other vehicles will run until the bus is full. I expect a refund for what I paid, given that I lost my dinner reservation and was treated unacceptably by your staff.

Booked an 11 seater but ended up on a large bus. Bus was great and comfortable so no issues there but the driver aggressively honked the horn loudly the whole way to make people move out of the way. Bus had no wifi and the usb charging ports didn’t work

For a 2 hours trip we needed 1 taxi before the limousine and 1 after. After the first taxi we had to wait during 30 minutes for the Limousine. The last taxi was not really safe with the seats broken. For the price (from a local point of view) we should expect a better service I believe The limousine itself was ok
