Booked for a 330pm bus Hanoi to Ninh Binh but didn’t arrive until 6.30pm - the most uncomfortable experience as it was a bumpy ride the whole journey. Once we reached the Ninh Binh depot the workers there are great and accommodating

Our driver told us to get out and onto another bus half way through the journey so some other people could get on. The other bus wasn’t for us though and both drove off leaving us stranded until the company could get us onto another bus driving through. There was no communication and was very stressful for my heavily pregnant girlfriend. When we were finally picked up, the bus was full and we had to sit up front with the driver and our bags. It was the worst experience I’ve had travelling around Vietnam.

The driver was driving too risky, taking advantage on the road, no distance to other vehicles, like a maniac. Even for Vietnamese standards that was too risky, you are in charge of almost 10 peoples lives in the van, didn't enjoy.
