Car was 2 hours late from booking time. We were made to change bus near Tam Coc. Driver dropped off 6 minutes from hotel in the middle of nowhere, with suitcase. I had to call Grab to hotel . Imagine if my phone has no reception.

Good experience went smoothly. Was slightly later and they didn’t really explain how the transfers worked so it was confusing at first. You meet at a travel office in the French Quarter then a van takes you to another bus station for the main limo. They drive you to Ninh binh city. Then another driver said they’d take us to Tam Coc for 50k VND each.

Our trip to Ninh Binh from Hanoi was excellent! Departure was on time and the van was luxurious and comfortable. They gave us water and snacks.

The ride itself was great and the way the new departure spot was communicated was also good but the bus had almost an hour delay and we only heard about it from other people taking the same bus who appereantly had to ask multiple times via whatsapp wether the bus was still coming or not. I wouldve wished for better communication regarding the delay of the bus.

Required to take 3 different buses/cars for a 2 hour journey. Started off in a car driving around Hanoi picking people up, middle bus dropped us outside of Ninh Binh, decided to skip the final bus and took a Grab.

The address I got was incorrect so I was at wrong pickup location. The rear axle sounded like it was falling apart. Someone was sneezing obnoxiously load behind us. The AC felt warm.seats were comfy and driver was friendly. WhatsApp customer service was very helpful but gave wrong address.
