Wasn't aware there was travel in a mini van from old town Hanoi to outer Hanoi where we transferred to a limo van to Ninh Binh. It was the not knowing that was the issue. It was only a 2 1/2 hr trip so overall acceptable. Once in Ninh Binh, transferred to a car so we could be taken to our accommodation which we were very thankful for.

The communication could be improved. It's not clear on the 12go website that they organise cars to transport people from old quarter to downtown Hanoi which is almost 30min away to where the van is. I would also recommend contacting the team directly through WhatsApp to confirm pickup especially if you book the same day. The phone number is on their website. Otherwise the journey was comfortable

Wrnt to the pickup location as stated. Driver had no idea where we were. We changed vehicles 3 times. The driver yelled at me as I was getting in the car and touched me.

JUST CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY. The transfer drivers communication was good and he was timely at pickup. However the car had no air conditioning and was so hot it was fogging up so much vision through the windscreen was compromised additionally was slowing down and speeding up because he was texting on his phone. When arriving to the actual limousine the driver was RUDE. Yelling at everyone to get in with their full backpacks and sit which was impossible as it was a full van, no attempt to make room in the boot for people’s packs. There was no assistance from him just yelling. Looking in his rear view to see if people were eating and carrying on about it (which they weren’t) then when he pulled up to some random petrol station started yelling about getting out which nobody could because the walkway in the van was piled with bags again no assistance just more getting angry and carrying on but not helping. He was a real piece of work and with all the companies available just choose another one. Only reason I put two stars is because we made it ninh binh without dying

This was a smooth way to travel from Hanoi to Ninh Binh. Pick up was timely and so was the drop off. The driver was very helpful with my luggage. The only remark I have is that there were moments that I did not feel safe in the car. The driver was on his phone (texting or something) and did not always manage to keep his lane.

Driver keep pushing and releasing the gas pedal EVERY SECOND, ENTIRE TRIP. It felt like a rollercoster. I'm glad that nobody vomited.
