Daniel For other customers here is the Wapp number (+84 82 820 4710) so you can arrange your pickup as it will not be at the exact location that they provide and neither they provide the contact number in advance so the experience is quite stressful.
The service is advertised as a limousine transfer for the whole trip but the first 45 minutes will be in a small car and then they drop you off at an office where the limousine will pick you up.
At the destination the driver will drop you off at their office and from there you will have to walk behind the limousine crossing the street to the parking lot where he will give you back your luggage, very odd but that's how it happened to us.
2 stars couse if you do the work for them of looking at Google to get their contact number and arrange the pickup you may get to your destination but we don't recommend this company to any one.

Ida FI couldn’t find the pick-up point because there where 3 different locations listed. I had no phone number to call for support. The driver was 1 1/2 hours late. Once I finally got to the car everything was great.

Andrea PThe 3 star rating is because we didn’t receive details from the company as to exact time of departure and that there would be two transfers of vehicles along the way. Firstly we booked a minivan from Hanoi to Tam Coc with a departure time of 9 am. We arrived at the pickup spot at 8:10 and the driver was already there waiting for us. A few minutes earlier they even called us to ask where we were. So a driver was rushing us into his car ( not minivan) without any explanations whatsoever. We weren’t even 100% certain we were even doing the right thing! So he drives us a few blocks and then picks up another extremely confused couple who thought they were getting a private transfer. Again, no explanation, just sqeeze us all in. He continues to drive and we all think that unfortunately we will be doing the 2 hour drive sqished in this car, disappointed, hoping to god our baby won’t start to fuss. Another 15-20 minute drive through streets of Hanoi and all of a sudden we stop at a place where the minivan (the one depicted in their posting) was waiting. A huge sigh of relief, we all transferred over to the extremely comfortable van. The next part of the trip was super comfortable and smooth, exactly as we had all originally expected. However, once we got to Ninh Binh we stopped once again and were told to get in another, older and uncomfortable minivan, no explanations.
That last part of the trip, about 20 minutes, was uncomfortable due to old seats and just generally old everything.
Why can’t this company give people clearer explanations, show they care somewhat about their travellors, this way when they know at least what to expect they won’t need to worry.

Belinda SBooked two tickets, the placed us in separate carriages (even though the train was not that busy). Emailed 12Go, they couldn't help and the trainline at the station just wanted to charge us again. Would not recommend booking via this item if more than 1 person travelling.

Mariia DWe were waiting for one hour to get picked up and to be transferred to the actual van that took us to Ninh Binh. At first we were waiting and nobody was coming, then 15 minutes to reach out to someone we got told that the car broke, so waited even longer. The trip by the actual van was fine but what we had to experience before was not pleasant. We also changed to a different van when we were close to Ninh Binh, don’t really understand what was the point. It’s okay but at least the communication with the company could’ve been better.

Megan SWe were offered hotel pick up and drop off which was great. WhatsApp communication and confirmation the day before. Smaller car picked up up, drove us 20mins or so where got on the minibus, clean, spacious, comfortable. Then another car at the other end took us 10 mins to our new hotel. Smooth service.

Benjamin PDriver was waiting for us at our desired pickup point in the Old Quarter in Hanoi about 10 minutes early which was great as it was raining a bit and we didn't have to wait in the rain for him to arrive. We were just two people, but it was a nice big comfortable SUV. The driver provided bottles of water for us, and adjusted the AC for us as he could tell we were hot. He was a very careful driver and played nice mellow local music. We made one stop about halfway to Ninh Bình at a nice clean reststop, so we could use the toilet and so he could grab a coffee. He dropped us right outside our hotel in Ninh Bình. We've done the shared minivan/buses many times before and they can be hit or miss, so if you don't want the added stress/uncertainty of that experience, I'd highly recommend this option instead. My only complaint is that we had quite a lot of trouble getting our credit card payment to go through the 12go website/app, ended up having to pay a bit extra to use PayPal, as none of the other options worked for us.
