Id give zero stars if I could..was suppose to be picked up at 3:10pm at opera house and I was told to be there 30 minutes before hand which I was there for 2.30 and I tried to contact the bus company via WhatsApp I rang them I texted them I got no reply. No bus showed up I waited untill 3.30pm i rang them 10 times on WhatsApp they were even declining my call then I left tp go to X.E vietnam office which I should have done from the start because they were so good and organised a new bus for me..meanwhile while im waiting in there office the duy khang transport company started contacting via email and told me I was not at the pickup point they sent me a photo at 3.44pm stamped on the photo to say I wasn't there? Of course I wasn't there why would I wait around?? To be fair they did offer to pick me up at X.E vietnam which they did but communication was shocking through email was back and forth not great but overall experience i wouldn't recommend unless you want tk wait around for an extra hour hoping you will get picked up with no communication..do not do it go with a proper company there cowboys

On the way, we made an emergency stop along the highway. It seemed the car had broken down and the driver was trying to fix it. Half an hour later, we continued on our way. We weren't told what had happened or whether it was safe.

Booking conditions state 25kg of luggage per person, we took this bus and the luggage was stacked in the gangway higher than my head. If I come to Vietnam and use public transport, as I often do, I travel as locals are used to travelling. If I pay luxury limousine I should not be thinking how will we get out in an emergency, or supporting the luggage with one hand.

We arrived 30 minutes early to the check in point, as mentioned on the reservation. 45 minutes after scheduled arrival time the bus finally arrived. We had proactively written the agency and they were helpful. We got picked up in a beat up vw bus and wordlessly got driven to the right location. The bus ride itself was good, but the waiting with no communication was not great.

Drivers smoked inside the bus during the entire overnight trip. This caused serious health issues (asthma, fever, lung infection). The company denied it despite evidence. Would not recommend.
