I would not recommend booking with this company. They were an hour late, unfriendly and the pickup point was along a bit street with no real space to stand whist waiting. The whole 1,5 hour we were waiting we weren’t even sure if we were at the right location. They also didn’t inform us that they were late so we were looking for other transport options because we were not sure if we’ve been scammed. When booking they asked us to come at least half an hour before to check in but there was no one at the pick up point to check us in

Driver was nice and bus was comfy. Had to stop on the way to pick up what seemed like his mate, which took about half an hour, so that was annoying. Then had to go from the minivan to a car to get to our final destination which was also annoying but otherwise was a good journey!

We ordered a mini van bus to bring us to our hotel. Instead we were added to a tour bus which was delayed and then also took a 30 minute break before Ninh Binh due to the rest of the customers being on a day tour. Not what we paid for

The booking process and communication before the trip were great — very responsive and helpful. However, the actual bus ride was disappointing. The staff on board were not friendly, and we felt ignored and uncomfortable during the journey. We were forced to sit in the back despite asking to move to the front due to motion sickness. There was also a box with a live animal behind us, which made the trip stressful. That said, after sharing our feedback, the support team did follow up and arranged a partial refund, which we really appreciate.
