Winding roads from Da Lat to Nha Trang, driver stopped and allowed a rest at a coffeeshop when deep in the mountains, and drove slower when we asked. Arrived early for pickup. Car was comfortable. A good trip.

Driver was wild and loud. On the phone screaming , overtaking dangerously. He overtook so dangerously that there were two near collisions , even by vietnam standards of driving it was bad. Also left late.

There was some confusion about the pick up point. The name on the 12Go ticket varied from the bus name. Maybe better information should be given . The journey and staff were great a the bus was comfortable. Would use this company again. 🙏

The van driver Linh, was the best driver I have had in Vietnam. He was very professional to the passengers and when driving to other road users. We left on time, and arrived on time, with the 20 minute break at the Điểm dừng chân Kim Phượng rest stop. Linh drove safely with a faultless efficient and safe driving style when anticipating traffic around us, overtaking, and his line around curves and corners was exemplary. He is a model for what all drivers in Vietnam could be. The vehicle 79H-058.00, was a very modern Hyundai DCar. It was clean and comfortable, and the aircon and USB charging worked properly.
