Booked 5 hours prior to departure time. Never received notification of bus being overbooked and having my ticket cancelled, found out when I went to board and my name wasn’t on the list. Had to pay the driver cash to secure a seat someone else didn’t show up for.

The driving was extremely fast felt very unsafe did lots of risky overtakes when it was clearly not safe. Because of this driving two passengers were sick, still after this the driver carried on to drive very fast did not feel very safe.

The seats were especially comfortable, the only downside was the wallowing effect as the vehicle descended the mountain road, evoking a feeling of car sickness for much of the journey, I’m sure on smooth flat roads the journey would be delightful.

Good operator. We have a smooth ride from Dalat to Nha Trang. The driver is very polite and helpful. It was much better and comfortable trip comparing to bus or minivan transfer. Highly recommend 👍

Driver was excellent and helpful. I booked the ride as it was only 3 hours. Because of the 30 minutes break (was supposed to be 20 but of course people were late) it took longer than 3 hours. Wish we were told beforehand. But overall, good experience with iHome transfer.

The bus was relaxing with a prompt departure. The journey was slightly longer than they said. The driver was eager to get to the destination and there was a moment went the whole bus was on the edge of their seats due to the driver trying to overtake when the fog was so heavy you could not infront of you. Other than that the journey was smooth. We stopped once for a break which was enough in a 3.5 hour journey.

Well managed and pleasant pick up spot (a cafe). Van arrived on time and was comfortable. Journey ran to time. One toilet/food stop, 2 hrs into 3 hr journey. Good value.
