Solo passenger assigned front passenger seat although unassigned in online reservation and plenty of other seats available as I was on time and the first stop. Trip started 15 minutes late and there were multiple stops for passenger pickup. Front passenger seat not enough legroom and very bumpy ride. Way too much horn action and terrible elevator music playing. Thank goodness had noise canceling headphones. 40 minute stop one hour from destination so driver could eat lunch. Arrival 1.5 hour late.

The bus I whas supposed to take broke down so that whas sad, but they immediately gave me a new bus for the next morning and gave me a 50% refund. I overslept that morning but they still made sure I got on the bus

The company gave me notice to when the drive will be arriving, 3 hour reminder, 45 mins and 5 mins away. The van was comfortable and clean with a decent amount of leg room.

12go were great to deal with. I had trouble receiving the ticket email, but they assured me we would be picked up, and we were on time and exactly where they said. The driver was very competent and drove the windy downhill road very fast, sometimes while he was on his phone!
