Driver was excellent and helpful. I booked the ride as it was only 3 hours. Because of the 30 minutes break (was supposed to be 20 but of course people were late) it took longer than 3 hours. Wish we were told beforehand. But overall, good experience with iHome transfer.

The bus was relaxing with a prompt departure. The journey was slightly longer than they said. The driver was eager to get to the destination and there was a moment went the whole bus was on the edge of their seats due to the driver trying to overtake when the fog was so heavy you could not infront of you. Other than that the journey was smooth. We stopped once for a break which was enough in a 3.5 hour journey.

Well managed and pleasant pick up spot (a cafe). Van arrived on time and was comfortable. Journey ran to time. One toilet/food stop, 2 hrs into 3 hr journey. Good value.

I booked a trip from Da Lat to Nha Trang via mini van. Great communication with the operator sending a WhatsApp text the night before. When I got to the cafe/meeting spot, the driver found me to tick off my name. Mini van was on time and staff were lovely! Please note - the road through the mountain is full of corners - so the driver will drive fast around these corners. There were 2 people who vomited on the van due to motion sickness. If you struggle with this, be aware.

We set of earlier as all of the travelers turned up early! Smooth ride with a break in between. Note - Last row seat cannot recline (from my first-hand experience). As well as some had to seat with the driver in front. The rest of the seats are ok.

We had to sit all the way in front so not in the bigger Seats, but next to the driver. Even though we paid for the normal Seats. The only good thing about the trip was that it was a good driver.
