Driver yelled at us because there was no seat number on the voucher. Then he drove like a madman, constanly pushing, honking and overtaking on the winding road down the hill, even If there were 5 cars in front of us. When we got transferred to another bus in Nha Trang, he was again yelling because we didn’t understand hits Vietnamese instructions. The second bus dropped us off at our hotel. Very nice service!

The offered "limousine" service is worse than alternatives. The driver was overtaking cars in unreasonable locations, I did not have enough space for my legs, the luggage was crammed into the back of the bus, and the 3.5 hour drive was split into a 2.5+1 hours parts, which can be challenging for some physiological needs. Overall, mediocre experience.

Friendly and helpful driver. Limo was clean and comfortable. Travel safe and fast. The driver even dropped us at our hotel even though that service was not promised. Very satisfied.
