Busride from Da Lat to Hoi An was fine, the bus was comfortable and the it felt very safe. Unfortunately at the bus stop there were people waiting to scam us by taking us to our hotel with the motorbike after lying to us that there are no cars allowed to drive there, changing the price after arriving and even switching our the notes and trying to make us pay even more. I can't imagine that noone from the bus company knows that these people will scam their guests so it's a shame that they still allow them to wait at the busstop.

The driver was smoking in the bus. Stopping 5 minutes in terrible toilets with no lights. Had to cut my poop in two because we didnt have enough time. Very rude drivers

I was concerned after reading all the negative reviews but it was a really good experience! Yes, the bus is a little loud but it gets you from A to B with comfortable seats. Sadly WiFi wasn’t working but we arrived only an hour after expected. I had a text from the business the day before confirming pick up location which was really reassuring .

Was a smaller sleeper bus as it had 3 rows of seats rather than 2. It was comfortable enough, but the service of the company makes up for it. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, all spoke good English which makes life much easier, being able to understand whats going on at stops and things. Would recommend using this company however if you are a bigger build it might not be so comfortable.

We booked two seats. The AC did not work at one of the seats. So one of us was sweating all night. We told the bus manager, but he did not offer any other free seat.

Bus manager was amazing and even arranged our transport to the hostel after the bus journey. That is the only reason I've not given 1 star. However, the bus drivers made this journey unbearable. There were no toilets on board and we were only allowed 2 bathroom stops on a 13 hour journey (about 2 hours after departure and 2 hours before arrival). The drivers were incredibly rude to other passengers and honked the horn aggressively at every other motorist all night, so we were completely unable to sleep. He even started playing tunes with the horn at one point at 3am. We also have him on video eating food and facetiming someone while driving the bus with his elbows! Truly terrible experience.

The bus was great. The problem I had was with the seatbelts, we could use them but then the bed could not be used as a bed so you could only lay with the face up.
