We had a great busride, first easy access to the agency in Tam Coc where we were transferred Ninh Binh for the night bus. The ride felt safe and the small sleeper bunks were comfortable. Overall a very good experience.

First of all the bus was an hour late and the station was already empty. The bus arrived and the driver was rude and shouting at me when i tried asking where my bed was. The bed was comfortable though and spacious. After that, they woke me up to say i actually have to transfer to another bus and when i arrived in that bus, it was packed and i had to sit on the floor for the next couple hours. I paid for the comfort of a bed and suddenly i’m sitting on the narrow hall.

Ordered bus from Tam Coc to Hoi An at 19:30, but when we arrived at operators agency, they told us that the bus will be delayed by 1 hour. One hour passed and we ask when will the bus arrive, the lady said that need to wait till 21:00, one bus comes ~20:45 and even tho we were first there, we were denied to the bus and we had to wait for the next bus. Next bus arrive at around ~21:20 and we board the bus, but it was not the one that was in the pictures, but at least we arrived at the Hoi An on time.

We got pick up at the original destination then had to change to the sleeper bus but the communication was good, and waiting times between weren’t too long. My partner was too tall for his cabin (6ft) unfortunately and we did choose a bus with a toilet and it was absolutely foul inside so we didn’t end up using it.
