The trip was perfect, they arrived early, they informed us by mail of the stop change. They assisted us in the office and on arrival and everything was very clear. The bus was comfortable and had massage and USB TV, and on the way they stoped 3 times to go to the bathroom. Sometimes you moved a lot in the cabin, but it's normal being a bus and seeing how the roads are here. I recommend it 100%

Comfortable journey with wifi however the drivers can be extremely inconsiderate of passengers talking and laughing very loudly at night and again at 6 in the morning whilst trying to sleep. Voices and talking should be kept to a minimum from certain times to ensure passengers on the bus are able to rest.

Everything was great during our trip. The cabin bus is a great experience for everyone visiting Vietnam. We had a lof time time to rest and relax in the journey in our cabin. I would only recommend a better place for the bus stop in the morning.
