Would not recommend at all. I booked three hours before departure and at the time I had booked to be picked up I still had no confirmation (despite the website stating approx 1hr confirmation time). I finally got a message after emailing them saying I would be picked up 30 minutes later - this actually ended up being 1hr 30 minutes of waiting while the driver was saying he would be another 5 minutes than another 10 etc etc. The people also waiting for a van had booked for 3pm (we booked 2pm) and we got in the same vehicle (at 3:30). So the website offering all different times is a scam as they fill up whatever vans are already running. While we were waiting (no proper waiting area) the business across the road was burning plastic on the street while we were breathing in the fumes for 1hr 30 minutes.

We have travelled on G8 buses a couple of times now, each time the communication prior to travel has been excellent. They check that we know when and where departure is. This bus actually stopped down the road to let a passenger on who was half a hour late. The coach itself is very comfortable, has recline, footrest and massage options and charging points. Very clean. Super service, I have hesitation in recommending. Travelled from Da Nang to Hue and then Hue to Hoi An a few days later.

Booked a limousine bus with photos of sit up seats which was also confirmed on our ticket. We paid extra for this compared to other options available such as a sleeper bus. When the bus turned up it was a sleeper bus and I was told only the 8:30am option had the upright seats. This was annoying as we would have picked a different option at a better time and price if we had known, we only picked this options because of the type of vehicle which was in the end not what we got. We also had to be there 30mins before as bus could turn up early or late, so could have been waiting for a hour for the bus and they couldn’t give a more accurate time of departure. It came on time and the ride was fine. We did however arrive an hour later than expected despite leaving on time, the driver just stopped for 30mins on the side of the road with no explanation. So trip was 4 hours, plus we had to be there 30mins early. So a three hour drive took 4.5 hours. I gave two stars as the bus was fine, just not what we booked.
