Emese MThere were already problems at check-in: they did not take our suitcase, so we had to carry it ourselves all the way to the boat. There, the staff threw the luggage onto the boat, and in the process they broke one of the wheels off our brand-new suitcase. We left with a 30-minute delay, and I saw no reason for it — the weather was ok... The boat was too small, and we were not allowed to go to the open upper deck unless we ordered a beer or a Coke.
My husband felt sick because of the rocking, but they did not provide any medication, only a plastic vomit bag. Those who wanted some fresh air but did not want to drink coke or beer had to sit at the back next to the engines, which smelled strongly of fuel.
The restroom was disgusting and very small. It was not a good experience traveling with them.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Gisella I must say that at the Sanur port, the Tanis company I booked with you was very kind. My ticket was for the 9:00 departure, but since I wasn't able to take the fast boat, they changed my ticket and put me on the boat that left at 12:00 without charging me anything. They were very kind, so excellent service. The trip was a bit hectic due to the very rough seas.

Igor WWe had relatively good experience taking Wijaya Buyuk from Sanur to Gili T. The only “issue” was that we were not aware of the stopover in Nusa Penida where you even have to get off the boat. First we were told it’d be an hour stopover, then onboard the said 45min but in reality it took one hour and 20min or so. Departure from Sanur was relatively on time but arrival in Gili T was at 12.30 instead of 11.25 as according to schedule from 12goasia. The boat was in a good condition though, ac was working and the staff was nice

Rebecca GWasn’t the direct route we booked and had to wait at Nusa Penida in the hot sun for 15 minutes but the journey was fine. We sat in the top part of the boat and I will warn you that you will get really wet from the water spray. They serve beer and coke in the top and beer is 50k
