Yogev OBus were late in 45 minutes.
There were no toilet on coach. The places they stoped for bathroom breaks were afwal to say the least.
Overall it was below avarage.

Georgiarose NBus was comfortable but the ride ended in Da Nang and we were told to get off and take a mini bus the rest of the journey. This was not communicated to us beforehand so came as a surprise.
The blanket provided was very thin

Phoebe bus was two hours late. kept randomly stopping throughout the night and the driver would get out but no one else could. i had a massive bag attached to the end of my bed which didn’t get moved and took up my leg room

Bailey GPaid for my own seat with curtains and some space and instead ended up sleeping shoulder to shoulder with 2 other people and had no space to myself

Jamie Good organisation at the travel agency but the bus was over 1.5 hours late the driver was rude and stopped randomly without informing us of stops, toilet on the bus didn’t work and the driving was madness

Gloria The bus was quite late, and the first bus was barely “modern.” One of the USB ports wasn’t working, one of the AC vents had tape on it, and there was no water available on the bus. It was also not always clear when we had arrived at a destination or to the bathroom, who needed to get off, and we often felt rushed.
That said, the driver was polite, and the operator responded quickly when we contacted them about the delay.
The second bus that took us from Da Nang to Hoi An was better.

Anne BA bit stressful start : i received whatsapp message to confirm but with error in message in my booking time. Message said i need to arrive at 9pm when on 12Go was written i was supposed to go 1h early. On bus station, we met people with same company, with 1h delay. Then we met family who booked the same bus as us but never received confirmation and ended up with no bus no hotel with 2 kids. Bus arrived exactly at 9pm. But not with name of company. By chance i asked for the bus plate so i did not rely on the bus name/color. Bus was super comfortable. USB was working. The beginning of the drive was a bit cahotic but once outside the city, was better. One bio break at midnight. Then nothing. We had to force them around 3am. Too many people wanted a break. Overall great expérience.

Malou MNinh Binh to Hoi An: Bus was very comfortable, spacious beds with airconditioning (adjustable) and USB ports. Got a pillow and a blanket, slept pretty good.
However: the driver drove like a maniac + we had to get off the bus in Da Nang and get on another bus early in the morning. The next bus was full so we had to wait in Da Nang for the next one and we were put in upper beds (while we paid extra for the lower ones).
