We arrived at the bus and the organization was chaotic. The driver had an approximate list of passengers. At first, we were told that it wasn't our bus. If I hadn't insisted, we wouldn't have gotten on and would have missed our bus. The driver smoked while driving, spat out the window, and drove recklessly. He honked his horn all night, watched videos, and made calls on speakerphone... it was impossible to get any sleep! No bottles of water. The beds weren't clean: blankets were lumpy and had already been used, there was trash left behind by the previous passengers, and the blinds didn't close properly. People were sleeping on the floor in the aisle of the bus... a very, very bad experience for an 11-hour bus ride!

No toilet on board and the bus didn’t stop for a toilet break for 14 hours. The beds are fairly comfortable but you can’t sit up because the roof is too low even as a super short person. There was aircon and a comfy blanket - bring water & snacks as there was no stops

We needed to use the toilet strongly and when we politely asked the driver he shouted NO and gave no explanations. We had to talk to customer service by whatsapp to get more explanations and to ask for a stop at a gas station. The driver was laughing and seemed to be joking about it, while more than 8 people on the train were having a hard time.

The bus was very comfortable. I slept the whole journey. I really liked that they sent me a WhatsApp message a couple of hours before departure to confirm my trip. I forgot a bag and they were kind enough to retrieve it and wait for me to pick up at their office.

Cabins not adapted to Western body shapes (especially the middle cabins). 3 hours of delays on arrival with only one toilet break for 13h30 of bus (departure at 8:30 p.m., toilet break at 11 p.m., arrival at 11 a.m. instead of 8 a.m.). No communication about the bus number (several buses passing by instead of the meeting point so difficult to know yours) thing to improve.

Our experience with this company was not great. Firstly, the driver drove too fast (really dangerous) and made, at least, 10 or 12 stops during the night to deliver packages. I don’t know if I were in a bus or a DHL vehicule. Not easy to sleep in that conditions. Secondly, the bus stopped at 1 hour of our final destination and they told us that we had to take another bus without giving more information about it. It was 6:30am. We went to the office of the company and they put us in a mini van with other people. We paid for a VIP20 and finished our night in a mini bus… We didn’t receive information about the way they would proceed before the departure, of course. I don’t recommend this company. We had travelled with other VIP sleeper bus and the experience was a way better.
