It was a complete mess, they were texing pickup details of different journey twice, but failed to pro idę precise information about my journey. The bus was late, the drivers of other buses of the company were not helpful. Finally one of the drivers took us after 1h, with a bunch of people, and the opeeators still couldn't figure out that we are with him, even though I texted them, spamming me where am I.

We booked an 11am service, and then the operator messaged trying to switch us to a 12pm one. They then confirmed 11am was fine, but on the day, suddenly messaged to say it was leaving at 10:30am. The trip was made using three different vehicles. The first two were fine, but the last one was extremely old and did not have working seatbelts. We were dropped off in the centre divider of a busy six lane road because the last driver didn’t want to drive to the specified drop off point in the Hanoi Old Town. The ride was cheap, but I wouldn’t recommend this service. Very chaotic and disorganised.

Everything was good. The driver was late but he let us know that it was due to the traffic condition. We had to pick up to other passengers who seemed not be able to find the pick up point. It delayed our departure from Tam Coc but the limusine was very comfortable. I can recommend this company. A Reliable transport service in very good conditions. It was easy to commu instead with the driver with Google translate.

Thankfully it was our last bus in Vietnam and I hope I'll never have to deal anymore with busses changing the departure time a few hours before leaving. That's what happened with this company, we had to change our plans, missed our appointment and the driver still decided to make a long stop of 20 minutes on a route of 2h only from Ninh Binh to Hanoi. They don't deserve all the good reviews, I hope one day the operators start to understand the busses must leave on the programmed time the ticket states.

Terrible pickup information, it was disorganized and we weren't sure where to go. We were picked up in a limo as advertised but immediately changed to a bus that wasn't really comfortable. Felt like I paid for something and got something completely different...

The driver refused to stop for a break despite several passengers asking for. He just told "no" and waved us away. We had to wait several hours to go to the toilets. Also the reservation was made for a "limousine 11" but we were in a bus.
