Helen Vcomfortable vehicle, great value for money, had a limo van take me from my hostel to the bus station which I was not expecting but was very much appreciated as saved me a lot of time and effort to travel there myself. would highly recommend this company

Karen SThe bus was great, but the people behind the bus are not that great.
They were supposed to contact me for instructions I have to text them many times until their help; I booked a bus from Ninh Binh bus terminal to My Khe beach in Da Nang the bus dropped us off i guess in the bus terminal, no one said nothing i started to look for the company for the shuttle service and the people are so rude; I understand the language barrier so I use the translation app, but they were busy in their phones, they just point like go over there without saying nothing but I had to come back and tell them like i don’t speak Vietnamese i don’t understand what is going on, however all of the guys involved in the shuttle service were not polite at all. I was very stressed at the end of my journey

Ashutosh Unfortunately the usb was not working for my seat and I checked with others and they said the same thing, this caused my battery to drain and caused me some serious time constraints when booking my accommodation in the morning

Gwen MWe can highly recommend this overnight bus - the bus was so comfortable I think I got the best night sleep in my whole time in Vietnam! No delays and arrived in good time. Very organised.

James Mostly the experience was good. A bit annoying to have to be picked up by a mini bus then wait an hour to be picked up by the actual bus. But still arrived on time.
Beds were comfy, good facilities and really glad to have a toilet.
The reason for the poor review is due to the bus having a collision with another bus. I was disappointed in the actions of the drivers after the crash as they didn’t check passengers were okay and didn’t move the bus off the busy carriageway, to a safe place.
The crash was not acknowledged by any staff at any point during or after the event

Tegeset Our overnight bus journey was an amazing experience! The bus was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The sleeper seats made the long trip much more relaxing, and we were able to get some rest during the journey.
The staff and driver were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the trip. Everything ran smoothly and on time, making travel easy and stress-free. It was a great way to see more of the country while saving time on transportation.
I would definitely choose the overnight bus again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable travel experience.

Aimee NThe bus itself was great, clean, new and had a toilet and blanket/pillow - however the customer service side could be improved, rest stops for big meals were 10:45am and then around 7:15pm, the stops also seemed to be large sit down family style meals and no menus/info on ordering so we ended up waiting till we arrived at 12pm. We were also an hour and a half later than we should have been so seems the times we’d been given didn’t account for driver breaks, would have preferred if the time was just what it should be when you book, we also were dropped off a 15 minute drive from where we’d booked to, so had to get a taxi on top which was frustrating as I’d booked a drop that was within walking distance from my hotel. When I fed this back I was asked not to leave a review
