The best drive we have had in 2 months travel! Pay more and just go with this company. We have many troubles with the busses , the bus is new, the sleeping -beds are comfortable like a 5 star, you can close everywhere with curtains, adjust the lights, air conditioner, you have tv😇and you have massage bed😇 All the staff are super kind and helpful. All in all perfect travel!

Hue to Ninh Binh sleeper bus. Clean, new bus with well organised staff. Somehow the bus completed a 8 hour car journey in 7 hours, including 2 stops overnight….not sure how this is possible especially in a bus, but we were astonished when we were woken up at our stop, 30 minutes ahead of schedule. Didn’t notice any irrational or excessively fast driving either. Good service, would use again.

A shuttle picked us up about an hour late to take us to the bus. The driver apologized, it can happen, but we hadn't received any information about the delay. After about an hour, we took a half-hour lunch break. We continued our journey around 11:40. There were no further stops until we reached our destination at 7:30 PM (an hour late). There was a toilet on the bus. We would have appreciated more information, especially since the booking confirmation mentioned 2-3 stops. I don't know what TVs are for; they didn't work. The seat was quite comfortable, but it couldn't be adjusted to a more upright position. We are 1.82 meters and 1.92 meters tall. It was comfortable enough for a day trip, but we wouldn't use the bus for sleeping, as we couldn't stretch out.
