Liam MThis is an over crowded bus service, there are more people on board than seats. We were dropped off in Da Nang and 6 people were crammed into a car with all of our luggage for 45 minutes.

Annika SThe pickup went smoothly. However, the driver braked harshly a lot and the drive wasn’t very comfortable. The total duration of the drive wasn’t 3h - as estimated - but rather 4,5h. This was partly due to the traffic but also because we stopped in Da Nang several times to either pick up or drop off passengers. This was pretty annoying because we thought we were going straight to Hoi An.
Also my seat was broken so I couldn’t lean back at all.

Sadie LThe van was an hour late. I was seated in the back and it was very uncomfortable, the cushion squeaked and there was luggage pressing against the headrest so I couldn’t even sit up straight. The driver drove dangerously at times.

Katherine BWe were travelling as a couple but ended up sitting one up front and one in the back because of selfish people. The drive was not smooth. No slowing down over speed bumps.

Vivien MI booked a ticket to go from Hue to Hoi An at 12:00 PM. In the e-ticket it was written to be at the pick-up point half an hour earlier and I adjusted my plans to that. At 10:37 AM I got a message on WhatsApp that I will be picked up 11:00-11:15. Caused me unnecessary stress, because I had to rush to make it to the pick-up point at this time. Why they expect you to be an hour earlier when the ticket clearly states a pick-up time is not understable to me. Other than that the ride went smooth.

Amir JIt didn’t have storage for lugadge so most passengers backpacks got put between the seats which it takes away being a limousine just a minibus packed .

Antonello Bus departed 1h 15m in late (because of the traffic jam they said us) but arrived at destination after
1h 45m respect the schedule with no traffic jam.
The boarding has been chaotic because the operator didn't drive from the beginning each one to its cabin, but only after a while, when some customer already took the place of someone else.
In Da Nang the bus stopped at least 30 min, to do I don't know what, and to put diesel (5 min whit us waiting inside)
The rest stop was upon a client request and very quick.

Elena MThe driver stopped twice to pick people up and i ended up squished between two people. Too many people in a small car. We also had to change vehicle. I give it two stars because we arrived on time, but we were asked to leave 45 min before scheduled departure time.
