Axelle CI was changed from a 24 cabin bus to a 32 cabin bus because after I payed for it online, it was full. The bus I was rebooked in then had smaller cabins, took more time to go to my destination, was late and had no working USB port… disappointing

Odgerel BMy bus was supposed to leave at 8 but the night before i got a message asking me to be at the meeting point at 7 because bus is gonna leave at 7. Then in the morning they wrote again and asked that i be there at 7:45!!!! Then they got us on a shuttle to the main HK Bus office in Hue and had to wait there almost 20 mins. No communication, no explanation nothing.
When we then finally boarded on the bus, my cabin wasn‘t clean. It had a trash from the previous person.
And they didnt drop me at the point where they were supposed to drop me in Hoi An. And no english and only screamed it was the final stop in Hoi An. The drop point should have been 5 mins walk from my hotel but because of this random stop i had to take a grab to my hotel then.
