Samuel Wthis has been the worst sleeper bus experience i’ve had travelling south east asia. to start with the bus pulled up with people arriving. when they got off we got straight on to used blankets and unclean seats. the driver’s were consistently rude to us, never telling us how long we were stopping for at rest stops. when i did try and ask i was shouted at and indicated to go away. the driver was on and off facetime making us feel very unsafe on the roads as he clearly wasn’t concentrating due to the amount of harsh braking. the driver was also consistently smoking on the bus which smelt very strongly and is very inconsiderate to non-smokers or people with asthma. one of only two stops was to have a fault fixed on the coach which we were not informed about or apologised to for the inconvenience, neither were we told how long it’ll take. as many of us hadn’t eaten yet as it was a 07:30 departure, we tried to have a look down the road for somewhere to eat but we were shouted at for doing this. the only rest stop didn’t have somewhere to buy food which is appalling considering it was a 10 hour journey which turned into a 11 hour one. There was food pre prepared for the staff and nothing was made available for any of the 6 passengers. many of us were shouted at on numerous occasions for either getting off the bus when it stopped or trying to get back on too early. the whole experience was extremely unprofessional, unorganised and unpleasant.

Abigail It was delayed by 3 hours so we got picked up in a very quiet dark petrol station at 1am - but they did communicate us that it was running late a couple hours before so that was good. Bus driver was smoking so did stink out the bus a bit, cabins were dirty and from 6am bus driver did not stop honking. Very hard to sleep with all the beeping ! But it got us from A-B, and the driver managed to cut off an hour of the journey time, did make for some bumpy thrown around sleep. Stopped for just the one toilet break. But the guys on board were friendly enough!

Lisa SThe driving was horrendous. Flying around in the little cabin from left to right. We were on the bus for more than 9 hours and did only one 5 minute break during the night. Impossible to sleep only for a minute.

Simone GI got my reservation modified few hours before leaving with refund of only 300k out of 750k per bed we bought. The only option they gave us was getting that refund of canceling and get full refund with no hotel to stay since we already checked out. We got 2 bed bunks and we ended up sleeping together in the same bed for 9 hours. Driver was braking and speeding all time. The only positive note was the bus and the bed, really comfy. We left 1h later and we did not get any notification from the company.

Kelsey JVery unorganised, I booked for collection in 1 place at a certain time, which was delayed then I was driven by car to a different pick up location, the communication wasn’t great. The bus was quite bumpy and loud but we did arrive with only 30 mins delay

Diana B1. They texted us about the payment. We should pay cash or he via link. I refused, because I already paid via 12togo.
2. They changed time because traffic. We booked this bus because of the time (9pmto7am). They picked us up at 6pm and we arrived at 6am. There was no traffic, they just made it up, because they did other stuff too (picking up stuff and dropping off). Really weird and annoying.
3. Busdriver was smoking all the time.

Joshua MOperator texted me on WhatsApp to say they would be approx 90 minutes late and said they would follow up with more accurate ETA but then did not respond to multiple messages.
Other than that, great experience, extremely comfortable arrangement.

Ellie Bus was very comfortable but was functioning as a postal service which delayed the journey to 12hours. Stopped regularly to collect and drop off packages. But can’t complain besides that. Plenty of toilet and food breaks. Comfortable bed on the sleeper bus
