We booked a VIP Luxury 22 Sleeping Bus because my boyfriend is 2meters tall and needs the space to find any comfort. I’m not sure my cabin was cleaned since there was an opened water bottle inside. After 3 hours ride, we broke down. We had to change to another bus in the middle of strong rain. I was soaked when I arrived the new bus. The new bus was a low budget bus and there were too many guests for available seats. People had to sleep on the floor right next to me. There was no personal space. An elderly (sorry to mention- not very hygienic looking) man was forced out of his sleeping cabin so that I got a seat. Obviously it was already used and not cleaned. I couldn’t use the blanket because of that hygienic issue. Because it was very cold in the bus, I was freezing until we arrived. Also, the crew onboard was very unfriendly. We did not get the service we paid for. Instead my boyfriend and I had to stay in a very small cabin that was not cleaned. I already contacted you on email hoping we can get a full refund. This situation was not acceptable.

I had a really good experience travelling with CoCo VIP. What made it extra nice was the great customer service from the lady working in their office in Hoi An. Sadly I don’t remember her name, but she was so welcoming! We talked for a while before the bus arrived. The customer service was overall really good. The bus ride was comfortable and I slept pretty good for being a night bus. Would recommend! I travelled from Hoi An to Nha Trang.

Incredible service, best bus I’ve been on yet. Good WiFi, comfortable (long), adjustable seats, working air con that also closed off, toilet on board, good lighting, functioning curtains and blinds. Definitely recommend this service.

I arrived at Poolside in the middle of a power outage so the place was closed and locked and no one there. It was raining but there is an umbrella outside to shelter under. Once the power was restored the office was opened the bus arrived about 15 minutes late. Boarding the bus was quick and easy. The bus is very new so everything worked well. We arrived at our destination 1 hour early. I will book again

The whole experience was okay but the driver drove really fast, making it hard to sleep because of the bus moving and making us arrive 1 hour and a half earlier, which makes quite a difference when arriving in the morning.. the rain was quite intense when we left Hoi An but our stuff were wet when we arrived at Nha Trang while they weren’t when we left The vehicle was confortable with toilets in it! Overall it was okay, thankfully we took the luxury option!
