The bus ride was fantastic! The driver was professional, courteous and safe. The bus was clean, comfortable and on time. I accidentally left my headphones on the bus and the people there were great in making sure they were returned to me. I was very happy with the service and will continue to use the bus for future trips. 5 stars for the quality of service!

I just had a very memorable experience with An Phu bus on the Hoi An - Nha Trang route, and I really can't help but share this wonderful feeling! Right from the ticket booking stage, everything went very smoothly. The bus departed on time, without any delays like many other buses I have used before. The sleeper bus is new, clean, and fragrant, especially the mattress is very soft - it feels like lying in a mobile hotel. The bus also has strong wifi, convenient USB charging ports at each seat, privacy curtains and full blankets and pillows, creating a feeling of safety and relaxation throughout the journey. The driver and assistant are very friendly and professional. The driver drove carefully, did not speed or overtake recklessly, helping me rest assured. On the way, the bus stopped at a clean, convenient rest stop, with enough time for passengers to have a snack and personal hygiene. What satisfied me the most was the attentive customer care - from the gentle greeting when getting on the bus to the luggage assistance, everything was thoughtful and professional. At the end of the trip, I arrived in Nha Trang on time, comfortable and full of energy. This was truly a trip worth every penny and I will definitely continue to accompany An Phu bus company on the next trips. 5 stars! I can’t thank HT Travel enough, after waking up and rushing off the bus as the driver had to leave, I left my wallet on board with cards and around 4m dong, the wallet and full contents was returned to me that day. They would not accept any form of tip or thank you other than this glowing review. Outstanding honesty! Would recommend HT Travel to any and all travellers!

The bus itself was nice, but then dropped us somewhere outside of Nha Trang and he said; a bus will pick you up and bring you to the centre. After 30 min still nothing, so I took a cab since it was 4:30 am. The bus was supposed to arrive at 7 am but we already arrived 4:30, on one hand: nice that its quicker, but I booked this sleeperbus because I thought I could sleep till 7.

We were in a very dangerous situation when we arrived in Nha Trang, and if you could share this story with all passengers, it could be avoided. The men waiting with bikes and taxis in Nha Trang took us to our hotel and cornered us in an alleyway, robbing us. They took 10 times what we would have paid but I was so scared so I paid them what they wanted as they wouldn’t leave us alone. Please tell your passengers to either walk, book through grab, but do not agree for those taxi drivers to take you. They wait until you are off the bus and immediately take your things but you guys need to help these tourists and not allow that to happen!

The bus arrived at destination 2,5 hours early compared to the arrival time (in the middle of the night). The driver was driving like he was in a Formula 1 race and it was difficult to sleep. No water and I had an empty bottle of juice left in my seat.
