We were told to meet at the meeting point 30 minutes before departure so we had planned to arrive there 30 minutes before but we received a rude text message telling us we should have been there 45 minutes early and to "hurry up because the bus is leaving" but our bus was not supposed to leave until 10:30 am, at this point it was 9:50am. We also did not receive the confirmation text with any details about our trip until the time we got the rude hurry up text, so even if there was a change in time we were not informed prior to the moment it was happening. We got to the bus at 10am and they ushered us on shouting at us in a language that we don't speak and making us feel very uncomfortable. When we got on the bus, my husband and I were not able to sit next to each other as the bus was full and I was jammed into the small compartment right above the wheel where the chair did not even recline backwards so I could not get comfortable the entire journey as I had to have my knees bent up and my head hitting the roof. We had also paid for upper bunks, we were forced into bottom bunks regardless of tickets. When we were ushered onto the bus, the man stood in the way of the tiny bunk that he wanted to shove me into and I asked him to move as there was no possible way for me to get through without rubbing against him which was very clear with the tight space at the back of the bus. I was told no he would not move. I got into the bunk with my husband and gestured for him to walk past so I could get into my bunk with space and pleaded with him to move, again he shouted no and pointed to the bunk. When I eventually gave up as I clearly had no choice in the matter, I squeezed myself past him as much as I could and as I bent down to get into the bunk, he thrust his hips and gentiles towards my bottom so that we were touching when I was moving into the bunk. He then laughed and walked off so I couldn't defend myself at all. The entire journey I was uncomfortable and felt unsafe. The drive was also horrific, we were thrown around the coach because of the drivers manoeuvres. There was also no toilet on board and no stops made so we were all struggling towards the end of the trip. No TVs as advertised. Probably the worst experience I've had in my Vietnam travels. I've used a few of these sleeper buses now, and this one is by far the worst. If I could give it 0 stars I would. It was also a non english speaking service, which is okay but some communication would be helpful particularly in this situation.

The staff in check in the office was not helpfull at all. The bus was half an hour delayed, but the did not inform us, just waived us to sit down.

The 22-seater bus from Hoi An to Hue was extremely clean, with double-decker beds arranged along the aisle. It had curtains, air conditioning, charging ports, and large windows, offering complete privacy. Before boarding, passengers put their shoes in bags provided by the staff. It was a very pleasant trip, and I would love to use this service again for my next journey.

As soon as we bought the ticket, we were informed that we would depart an hour late on a different bus of the same class. When we pointed out that our request was due to the time, we were upgraded to a 10-seater van with no change in fare. Aside from an unannounced change of vehicle, the trip was excellent, with the added bonus of being dropped off right in front of the hotel.
