Joakim LLack of information when the bus departure is delayed well over an hour. Hard to plan food or toilet breaks when you don't know if your departure is in 3 minutes or in 90 minutes. People smoked onboard which was uncomfortable.

The operator moved the departure 15 earlier (but they gave us at least 30 minutes of advance in the communication). Then it still departed late.
The trip was Hoi An - Hue but it actually did Hoi An - Da Nang, and we had to change vehicle to a smaller car to continue for Hue. This was not written anywhere during booking.
Both vehicles were full and there was no place for any luggage and I had to do the 3 hours trip with my bag-pack on my knees.
In addition in the second vehicle we had to sit in the “middle seat” of a 7 can seat, and was super uncomfortable.
Both drivers drove as maniacs in a traffic that is chaotic in normal situations. They kept zigzagging, speeding and honking continuously (more than the average Vietnam ride).
In addition to the continuous speeding, the second driver had a beeping speed alarm that continuously sounded. Even if this was enough for a 1 star, the driver speeding was continuously on the phone calling and texting. Because sending cat emojis while driving is important.
And while arriving on time is important, we still were 25 minutes late, because of the initial delay, an unclear stop in a Da Nang alley to pickup a girl (potentially another traveler but it didn’t look like it).
A complete mess, just go with another company.

Petrus VVery good bus. Nice seats and everything looks new and clean inside.
To keep also the floor inside the bus clean, every passenger received a plastic bag to put the shoes in.
Bus had a stop at the office in Danang and another short stop at a gas station a little north of Danang.

Tizian The car was no longer in the best condition. All the air vents of the air conditioning were broken and could not be closed. The driver picked us up half an hour early and made several stops along the way, so we arrived half an hour later than expected. In addition, he smoked during the drive with the window open. However, the overall driving experience was very good.

Leonie got a messaagt the night before that we would leave one hour earlier, we then spent 45 min doung long stops. arrived at the given time in Hue tho.
Staff was super friendly and cabins were clean and the power outlets worked well
