Silena BAs soon as we bought the ticket, we were informed that we would depart an hour late on a different bus of the same class. When we pointed out that our request was due to the time, we were upgraded to a 10-seater van with no change in fare. Aside from an unannounced change of vehicle, the trip was excellent, with the added bonus of being dropped off right in front of the hotel.

Carla BInaccurate information. The trip was not what indicated in the booking. The departure time was later than indicated, the vehicle type was supposed to be a minivan but it was a sleeper bus, the trip took longer than indicated and the destination address was more than 30min away from there one listed on the booking, the only solution given by the bus driver "pay yourself for the transfer".

Hayato Driver suddenly stopped and had me move to another van. Three of the passengers were asked to move to another van in DaNang mid trip. There was another passenger who remained so it was a vehicle issue for sure. No explanation was given just was asked to move to another van that was more over crowded, was less comfortable.
