Don't take a night bus. They drive like maniacs, which means you can not get any sleep. We clicked on the VIP cabin, but got a normal sleeper bus. We paid extra because it said there was al toilet on the bus, bit it was not. The PDF we got has no way of confirming what you booked. On the bus they only speak Vietnamese.

I wasn't happy that 12go Asia sold a 9pm bus when there is no 9pm bus. The company contacted me straight away that the bus leaves at 10.15pm, so I have no idea why 12go Asia sells a 9pm departure. I was disappointed. The bus we were on had the smallest sleeper bus I've seen but the company staff were lovely and I'd use the bus again. I just feel 12go Asia need to be more honest about the times when they sell tickets.

The sleeper bus is excellent! The staff is really helpful. The announcements all in their language. But dont worry! The staff will assist us which bus we are going. The journey supposed to be arrived at 7am. But we arrived early around 5am. They have free shuttle to the hotel.
