The staff can not speak any english. Apparently the ride start with a mini bus to the large bus station. When getting to the bus station we were were dropped off without a word (we did not even know we had to start the journey in a smaller bus). When time for departure came we walked out to the busses trying to find the bus on our own because the staff did not know where it was suppose to departure. We did not find it until 30-40 minutes later. They told us that the was not leaving but we could get seats on an other bus. The ride is what you pay for; bumpy, hard to sleep and no information about stops and the trip is given in english. But with help from translate its okay. The positive thing is that you get dropped off at your next accomodation in another mini bus.

A overall decent experience. A little chaotic at first at the Thanh Buoi station. The information on the voucher was incorrect about arriving an hour early. We left on time on another bus to catch the sleeper just five minutes later… The service was top-notch and they actually cared to help. The bus was super clean and comfy. I remember the driver on the overhead system a lot for an overnight trip. I would and did book this service provider again.
