We got picked-up by a car at the waiting area. This car brought us to the regular bus stop. There we waited about 15 minutes for the bus. In the bus we were only two people and the total (including the car ride) journey lastet about 2 hours. It worked well but it was somehow the car picked-up us first to bring us to another part of Hanoi.

⭐ 1/5 — A chaotic, stressful experience from Hanoi to Ninh Binh If I could give zero stars, I would. This was genuinely one of the most chaotic, disorganized, and unsafe transport experiences I’ve ever had in Vietnam — and that’s saying something. We waited over two hours for the bus, despite being told — twice — that it would be “only 15 minutes delayed.” Each time I asked for an update, my message was simply read and ignored. No communication, no apology, nothing. When the bus finally arrived, we were left to load our own suitcases, which would’ve been fine — except there was absolutely no space for anyone’s luggage. The back seats were pressed right up against the door. At one point, the driver decided to unload everything, tossed my suitcase onto the dirty ground, and then reloaded it in some new, equally illogical order. My bag was filthy by the time I arrived. Then came the real danger: the driver forgot to put on the handbrake, and the van started rolling backwards while I was loading my suitcase. It moved a surprising distance before he reacted. I was inches away from being pinned between vehicles. He’s honestly lucky the usually busy Hanoi streets were quiet at that moment — it could have been a serious accident. During the ride, he was shouting into his phone for most of the journey, speeding through traffic, and at times actively using his phone while driving. I’m not sure if it was for directions or something else, but I felt genuinely unsafe the entire way. Ironically, the reason we were told for the earlier delay was that they “couldn’t drive fast in the rain.” Funny, because he seemed to have no problem doing exactly that. And just when we thought the ordeal was over, we were unexpectedly transferred to a smaller bus upon arrival in Ninh Binh — no prior mention, no explanation. Every single person from our bus had to cram onto the same tiny van. It was total chaos and completely inefficient. Overall, this was not just a delay — it was a mess of poor communication, unsafe driving, and zero professionalism. I would strongly recommend paying a little more for a reputable company. The peace of mind (and personal safety) are worth it.

I was traveling from Hanoi airport to Ninh Binh (by one car and two buses). The driver of the first bus was driving very fast, maybe too fast at times. He took me right to my accommodation. There were drink bottles left on the first bus. I don't know if I should hate previous tourists about it or the agency...

Bus was on time. The driver was driving well - not too fast! I was told that it was possible to drive me to my hotel for an extra 30'000 from Tam Coc. When I asked the driver he refused and just drove away. Please do not make promises when in the end they cannot be fulfilled. And the behaviour from the driver was also not very nice just driving away without properly communicating.

Limousine is just the name. The seats are spacious but you and everyone's luggage are packed in like sardines. This review from 12go came with hundreds of tracking cookies. Beware.

For a 1h15 trip, we waited for 2 hours, without any information. Finally, the limousine was full with other tourists who told us that they also waited for 2 jours at another place. Maybe if driving at 4:30pm is not good because of the trafic, you may not propose this hour but directly the 6:30pm.
