Vinni HThe trip was planned to depart at 12.10 but it was 13.00 pm before we were off. The drivers could not 2 words of English so when we stopped in some city to get in another car which apparently should transport us the last 20-minutes we had no way of communicating what was happening and where we were going and why we were being put in a car.

Andrew JPick-up was scheduled in the Old Quarter but ended up being an hour late, with very little communication. We were eventually collected by a man in a car, which added to the confusion. Instead of being taken directly, we were dropped off in a residential area outside the city centre and had to wait another 30 minutes for the bus—which was not the limousine service that had been advertised.
The journey then involved another unexpected change in Ninh Binh, where we switched to a smaller limousine for the final leg to Tam Coc. In total, we arrived around two hours late. This may have been due to Tet, but clearer communication throughout would have made a big difference. Oceane SCame 1h45 minutes late and did not advise they were coming late. Instead, the lady kept saying that the driver was coming in a few minutes.

Deborah The transfer was late, and we arrived at our destination with almost a 3-hour delay. There was almost no room for luggage storage, which resulted in other people’s luggage being everywhere around us.
The seat was comfortable, though, and since we were late, they didn’t make us change buses, which we appreciated.
I would definitely not recommend it if you’re short on time.

Patrick CBus arrived over an hour late with little to no communication - passengers had to directly message the hotline who gave excuses (including telling people the bus was there when it wasn’t) and refused to give a timeline on when the bus was arriving until it was a minute away. Driver was ok although other passengers requested a toilet break and he refused. But hey, it got us there?

Amelie ABus was 1 hour late, which can happen. Later the Driver did not communicate properly that we have to change buses to get to final destination, could go smoother.
