The driver was very pleasant but the journey involved three separate buses - none of which resembled the picture on the receipt and the journey was longer than advertised.

Several changes at random points of the journey. New vehicle for the last 15min. Took longer than it said. But all in all, good.

The mini bus is not the one in the picture , a car came to pick us up with another two passengers in it so very little space . we had to wait 90 minutes for two passengers to arrive and the driver did not give explanations and was very rude with all passengers . In the end we had to get a car and two vans to get at destination . I strongly do not recommend this company.

The buses were fine, but it would have been good to know that I had to switch buses in Hué. Also, we arrived two hours late in Hoi An because we loaded and off-loaded plants at two different plant shops between Da Nang and Hoi An.

The experience was, overall, great - the bus itself was amazing. Very modern, spacious, private. It had a good charging point and good AC in the sleeping booth. However, the driver was driving very fast which I felt was unnecessary. I expected to arrive in Hue at 7am but in fact arrived at 6am which was annoying because I’d specifically booked the later bus to avoid getting in to Hue that early.

we had a crisis and my wife have been hospitalized we tried to cancel but they didn't Except to cancel ,they preferred money 🤑 over being a human being and show some compassion

After waiting on the street corner for our limo we were so disappointed a non vip van picked us up and drove 40 minutes to be transferred to a 16 seater bus then driven to another mini bus that eventually drove to Tam Coc so very disappointed we paid for a limo and never got it

Great pick up to shuttle. Shuttle was cramped as some passengers bring more than 1 luggage. Drop was wasn't great. They drop me off somewhere else and tell me to walk. I get lost and have to ask for help.
