Our driver drove like a maniak. He aggressively tried to push people off the road at least 2 times, overtook other vehicles where it was not safe. People on the bus had to interfere and said something about his unsafe driving and he did not change his behavior. At the dropoff it escalated into a row with the driver. We’ve not felt safe during this trip.

Perfectly fine. Got us there and was on time. The bus that picks you up in central Hanoi is a small one that will drive you to the company office to get on the main bus. So you will have to change.

Shortly before departure the pick up location was changed to a 2km spot far away in Hanoi via WhatsApp Chat. We had to wait for the 45mins delayed bus standing in the rain with no pro active information from the company. The seat belts failed/didnt function in the bus. The rest of the vehicle was okay. Overall experience bad for this price. As we arrived with a 1,5 h delay in Tam Coc for a ride that should have taken 2h… 🤡

The trip was planned to depart at 12.10 but it was 13.00 pm before we were off. The drivers could not 2 words of English so when we stopped in some city to get in another car which apparently should transport us the last 20-minutes we had no way of communicating what was happening and where we were going and why we were being put in a car.
