The ride was pleasant, we waited 30 minutes for the ride but we were in contact on whatsapp with the driver and some from company. Inside Hanoi and Ninh Binh the shuttle buses to/from limousine are old vans but they are ok. Drivers are polite and drive well

Easy bus trip. As a heads up, the old quarter transfer is a car that picks you up to take you to the bus office, not the bus itself. So this takes a bit of time. Our bus was larger than the van pictured, but still very comfortable, just unexpected. We got to Tam Coc half an hour early, so I suspect the extra time is buffer to pick everyone up.

Technically we arrived to our destination in one piece and on time, but the stress of the experience was not worth it. Our van was 45 minutes late with no communication from the travel company. The van that was supposed to leave before ours was running 1.5hours late, so I’d consider us lucky in this sense. We were transported to the outskirts of Hanoi, where staff were disorganised and didn’t seem to know who was supposed to be in which van. When we arrived to Ninh Binh we had yet another van transfer (making this 3 transfers for a 2 hour trip) before we reached Tam Coc. I would not recommend if you have any other options.

1 hour from airport to Hanoi center. We start one hour late. It’s a bus, not a van I paid for. Poor quality of the bus. In Ninh Binh changing to a smaller car. During the ride the company sends me a text if I have landed yet. So for a second I thought I was abducted.

They was 1,5 hour late, and did not have room for all the passengers, they also stopped after 20 mins and we had to change car and wait even more because they did not expect us.
