The driver was an hour late, so waited 1,5h at a random street corner since they tell you to be there at least 30 min earlier. No phone number or anything to contact the company or driver, no information about the delay. Confusion when the driver came because there were more people coming for the following bus, but not all would fit. Multiple stops on the way to pick up more people. In Ninh Binh we all had to switch buses to get to Tam Coc and again confusion because everyone thought the driver want to drop us there.

The pickup point was not clear! There were 2 informations: 1. 247 Le Duan, Hanoi (train station) and 2. coordinates in the ticket about 20 min walk from train station (around here: 254-256 Lê Duẩn)
